On Time: Chess not Checkers

Char Saint Thee Stylist

Often times I’ve wondered whether I’m on the right track and whether I’m close enough to my major objectives. I believe we should all have a plan in place for the life we’re currently experiencing in human form. Some fail to realize that having a plan is something like a guide. A captain wouldn’t sail a ship without a map, so why would we go through life without a plan? If one has no plan and/or no goal, then I suppose a guide is pointless isn’t it?

I’m all too privy to the fact that the journey of life is a very personal one. However, being that we’re all seemingly connected in more ways than one, it’s difficult for me to accept that personal should also mean solo.

Is it possible that the journey is personal to limit the room for doubters and nay sayers? Or personal because we’re built from within and rooted without? Could perhaps then the journey also be solo to limit trust solely to thyself? Or is it solo for purposes of clarification, stabilization and self-sufficiency?

If taken seriously and practiced in balance, the theory of isolation may not be as dangerous. However, if the sole intention is in fact to recreate a vision and/or oneself )because after all it’s about clarity, stability and being self-sufficient) the end result is sovereignty, yes?

I’ve come to the conclusion (recently) that strong, solid support systems are hard to come by. It further dawned on me that the journey of life is a lot like the game of chess and here’s my genius ass theory: the chess board is my life. The two players are my conscious and subconscious minds. The sixteen pieces (the king, the queen, my two rooks, my two bishops, my two knights, and lastly my eight pawns) are a culmination of the people, levels and lessons of life that I’ve experienced, am experiencing or will experience.

The beauty of the game and the moral of the story: every game require(s) me to move differently.

Sex is universal. It’s the language of our bodies just as love is the language of our hearts. And this fact is true despite national origin or regional location. My belief (since this is CharSaint.com) is that sex is solely a transference of energy. And since sex is energy, that would mean that foreplay is the charge. So if sex is energy and foreplay is the charge, then the connections we make weigh heavily upon the outlet(s) we choose. Whether you’re the outlet or the plug, what you serving has to be all the way (or at least closely) in line with the receiver and/or giver’s intention.  Countless times, we go into a sexual transfer assuming the end result will be the same – an orgasm, a nut (come) and/or both.   No one (seriously no one) starts sex to finish any other way than the aforementioned.

Not strange at all that a topic such as “sex” would come on a day such as “Hump Day” however, I don’t believe in coincidence nor chance, but I know all about perfect timing.

From the passionless pumps to optional orgasms, I’m currently wondering whether there’s a plug I’m willing to connect to.  I know if we all communicated to the other person precisely what our expectation(s) are before, during and after the cosmic charge, we’d all be better off.  I’m, also wondering if we’re at all capable of having such in-depth conversations or being transparent to a point where everyone would benefit….

The end result is to be fully satisfied, right?  I’d like to gracefully conclude this thought and/or entry by asking if you (yes, you reading this right now) do exactly what your spouse, significant other, lover, friend sexually expected this morning before you parted ways? If you had the pleasure of waking up next to anyone this a.m. then there’s no reason why he or she left for the day without a sexual cosmic charge! You’re basically useless is my thought.  Whether a quickie, a session, a moment or an experience, you should be willing and able.

I’ll just start with the crocodile embossed pattern detail. It’s amazingly soft and supple and oddly enough, every touch did something to me. Now let me go straight to the easy access front flap with the magnetic snap. Like seriously? Imagine a memorable night where lots of alcohol may be involved. You’re going in and out of your bag for your iPhone for selfies and lipstick to paint the pout, that magnetic snap is now my bff cause while staying fly and fab it’s imperative to have accessories that are easily accessible. Literally a win every time!

All jokes aside though… She’s literally thee perfect “it” bag. Maybe it’s a bit redundant to say “thee” and “it” all while referring to the same bag, but can you really blame me?!? Wtf! Look at her. She can turn even the simplest look into a full-on style affair and I get  mine, I think I’ll name her Crimson Kelly.

On another SAINT Style Intel note, crimson red is a dope color and let’s be real it can’t be just for this season especially not with thee $2300 American pesos price tag attached. I’m forewarning all of my awesome stylistic saints and sinners that mine will for sure be an EVERY MF’in SEASON bag. Okurrrrrr (in my CardiB voice)!!!!

Femme Fatale

I’m an adamant believer that particular staple pieces in any person’s wardrobe can ultimately serve as building blocks for a winning wardrobe. Have you ever gotten dressed with such ease and effortlessness and yet somehow receive ample recognition and compliment? That’s because unbeknownst to most, authentic style is both effortless and timeless.

Truthfully, every time I get dressed I want and expect it to be a slay in every way but, I also don’t want to spend hours creating a look. I mean sure, if that’s what it takes, then okay, but, most times we all forget that simplicity is both best and key.

Relax the rules a little and be guided by your energy to best represent yourself to the world. And besides, it’s one life in this body, right? Wouldn’t you want it to be the best presentation possible?

It’s vital to serve up the best version of yourself. Every single time.  Besides, we seldom control how we’re perceived but, yet every time and without fail we can certainly control how we’re presented.  If my awesome words aren’t enough, then take the words of wisdom from the wise Christian Dior, “Simplicity, good taste and grooming are the fundamentals to good dressing.” And while I can’t be all up in your business about the grooming aspect of your life, clean water and soap never hurt anyone.
